On April 5th, 2015 at approx. 1:34 pm, Lancaster City Police officers responded to the 400 blk. of Lafayette Street for the report of shots fired. Officers located a 27-year-old male victim with a gunshot wound to the leg. The victim was transported to Lancaster General Hospital.

Shortly after 4:30 PM, Sunday April 5th, Lancaster City Police officers were dispatched to a residence in the 600 blk. E. Madison St. for a shooting of a 9-year-old boy. Upon arrival, officers learned that the victim had been conveyed to Lancaster General Hospital via a private vehicle.

On March 23, 2015, officers from the Lancaster City Bureau of Police responded to the area of the 200 block of N. Broad Street for a report of robbery that had just occurred. Officers spoke with the victims, a 15-year-old male and a 16-year-old male.

On Monday, March 23, 2015 at 1:24 a.m. Lancaster City Police Officers Joel Thomas and Christopher Kophamel attempted to stop a 1999 silver BMW in the 200 blk. of S. Queen St. The vehicle pulled into a parking space and the two occupants exited the vehicle and fled on foot.
