OCCURRED 9/18/15 BETWEEN 0030 AND 0645 HRS

Victim reported that an unknown suspect(s) gained entry to his garage and stole various tools. 

 

DRUGS

500 BLK PERSHING AVE

OCCURRED 09/18/15 1428 HRS

Luis Alfonso Fernandez, 24 of the 600 block S Lime Street, Lancaster, PA was found sitting on porch.  Fernandez was  found to be under the influence and in possession of a controlled substance (K2).  Fernandez was arrested and charged with PD and Possession of a controlled substance.

300 BLK E ROSS ST

OCCURRED 9/18/15 1338 HRS

Victim stated that she left her purse on the passenger seat of her unlocked vehicle overnight. When she returned the purse was missing.

1ST BLK GARDEN CT

OCCURRED 09/18/2015 BETWEEN 1000 AND 1200 HRS

Unknown suspect(s) gained entry to residence and stole a PS3 with three games.

 

ROBBERY

LEHIGH AVE /N BROAD ST

OCCURRED 09/18/15 1540 HRS

The victim, a 14-year-old male was walking in the area and passed by two black males 16 -17 years of age. The suspects grabbed the victim’s phone and fled westbound towards Reservoir Street.

 

THEFT

200 BLK N LIME ST

OCCURRED  09/19/2015 BETWEEN 0150-0202 HRS

Unknown suspect took a cell phone from where the victim left it on front porch of his residence. 

 

RETAIL THEFT / GAS MART

653 COLUMBIA AVE

OCCURRED 9/19/15 0404 HRS

Diamond Crockett, 22 of the 300 block N Charlotte St, Lancaster, PA was arrested and charged with retail theft.  Crockett stole 4 Tasty Cake Honey Buns and left the store without paying for the honey buns. 

 

SHOTS FIRED

100 BLK N BROAD ST

OCCURRED 9/19/15 0527 HRS    

Report of several gun shots in rapid succession. Police located shell casings lying on ground. Nothing appeared to have been struck.

 

AUTO THEFT

100 BLK N PLUM ST

OCCURRED BETWEEN 9/18/15 1300 HRS AND 9/19/15 0304 HRS

A gray, 1989, Buick Century was stolen by unknown suspect(s) from where it was parked at location. Vehicle was located by officers responding to a Hit and Run call in the 200 block N Plum St on 9/19/15 0304 hrs. 

 

THEFT

400 BLK W KING ST

OCCURRED 9/19/15 0558 HRS

Victim reported that while walking at location he was approached by two Hispanic males, 20-30 years of age and approximately 6 feet tall.  One of the males asked victim if he wanted to buy a cell phone.  When the victim handed the suspect the cash the two suspects turned and ran west on King St.  Victim did not receive the cell phone from the suspects.

 

THEFT

400 BLK N FRANKLIN

OCCURRED BETWEEN 9/18/15 2000 HRS AND 9/19/15 0830 HRS

Unknown suspect(s) broke into victim’s food truck which was parked at Custom Hot Whips causing damage to the vehicle and stealing cash from the vehicle.

300 BLK HOWARD AVE

OCCURRED 9/19/15 BETWEEN 1830 -2010 HRS

Victim reported an unknown suspect(s) gained entry to his residence and stole a  42" TV, a Sony PlayStation 4 with several games and cash. 

 

TERRORISTIC THREATS

OCCURRED 200 W KING ST

OCCURRED 9/19/15 1900 HRS

Victim reported that, while walking near McDonalds, a silver Chevy Malibu with tinted windows approached her.  An approx. 17-year-old male got out and threated her with a knife, and another male got out of the car. Victim fled the area.

 

ASSAULT

300 BLK S QUEEN ST / Dominion Pizza

OCCURRED 9/19/15 2300 HRS

A Hispanic male, 49 was at location and began to threaten an employee.  The subject became verbally aggressive and pushed the employee who sustained superficial injuries.  The subject was intoxicated and had been asked to leave three times but continued the disorderly behavior until he finally left the area.    

 

THEFT

415 N PRINCE ST / THE BRICKYARD

OCCURRED 9/20/15 0136 HRS

The victim was working the bar area when security removed a Hispanic male from the property for going behind the bar area without permission of the staff.  Soon after this incident the victim discovered his IPhone 6 was missing from the cash register area.  Suspect had a medium build, short brown hair with a goatee and was wearing a light colored t-shirt, shorts and had a gold chain with a medallion around  his neck.

 

THEFT

17 E FILBERT ST

OCCURRED 9/20/15 1727 HRS

Unknown suspect gained entry and stole a PS3 and four controllers from the victims residence. 

 

AUTO THEFT

600 BLK FOURTH ST

OCCURRED 9/20/15 1200 HRS

Unknown suspect(s) stole victim’s red 1988 Honda Civic from where it was parked in front of her residence.  Vehicle was located on Bean Rd between Millersville Rd and New Danville Pike by victim’s nephew.  Vehicle had the driver’s side windows and rear window smashed out and two front flat tires. 

 

DUI

400 BLK S SHIPPEN ST

OCCURRED 9/21/15 0121 HRS

Report of accident at location.  Akeem Baylis, 24-year-old-mlae, of the 200 block N. Reservoir St, Lancaster Pa was the driver of one of the vehicles. Baylis was found to be under the influence of alcohol.  Baylis was arrested and charged with one count of Driving Under the Influence.
