Week of November 18, 2013

CRIMINAL ATTEMPT- HOMICIDE

On November 16, 2013 at 3:49AM Columbia Borough Police were dispatched to a shooting in the 100 block of Walnut Street. A 34 year old male victim was found to have a been shot in the neck. The victim was transported to the hospital by ambulance. The Columbia Borough Police are actively investigating this incident.

 

            Police have filed charges including Criminal Attempt Homicide against Terrance James Lucas, 38, and a warrant has been issued for his arrest. Lucas is described as a black male, 6"3" tall with a muscular build. A car previously believed to be operated by Lucas has been located. Lucas should be considered armed and dangerous.
