TERRORISTIC THREATS/ RETAIL THEFT

SUSPECT: UNKNOWN W/M/ 20-30 years old

 

                   Height: 5’09” Weight: 200 lbs. (approximate)

 

                   Hair: Blonde Eyes: Blue Possible Nickname: Lucky

On February 21, 2014 at approxmately 5:24pm Officers from Lancaster City Police responded to Kohl’s at Park City Center for a Retail Theft/Threats that had just occurred. Loss Prevention employees informed Officers that they had attempted to stop the subject pictured above as he attempted to leave the store without paying for merchandise. The subject placed a hand inside his jacket and told the Loss Prevention employee that if he touched him he would have to pull out a weapon. 

The suspect  exited the store and walked to the parking lot. While Loss Prevention followed the suspect at a distance, the suspect told the employees to stay away, that it was not worth their lives. The suspect then entered a vehicle as passenger vehicle and left the area. The driver of the vehicle was later identified as interviewed by Police. The suspect remains unidentified at this point.
