OCCURRED 2/10/2016

Reporting person stated that sometime overnight an unknown suspect stole a snow shovel from porch of location.

OCCURRED 12/16/2015 1800 HRS

Reporting person stated that  UPS confirmed delivery of a package on the listed date leaving it in a common breezeway. Unknown suspect(s) stole the package from the breezeway.  

 

THEFT   

1ST BLK S MARY ST

OCCURRED 2/12/2016 1252 HRS

Irene Grivas, 50, of the 400 block West End Avenue, Lancaster PA was required to return a deposit made to hold an apartment for victim. When she failed to do so she was charged with Theft by Deception. 

 

ROBBERY

700 BLK EUCLID AVE

OCCURRED 2/12/2016 BETWEEN 0100 AND 0130 HOURS

Victim was approached by suspects as he got into his car. One of the suspects, known to the victim, demanded the victim surrender his belongings and then the two suspects went through vitim's pockets and rummaged through his car taking cash, gift cards and keys. One suspect struck the victim on the side of his head causing minor injury. The suspects then fled in a vehicle towards Hager Street.  Ongoing investigation. 

 

RETAIL THEFT / KOHLS

1135 PARK CITY CENTER

OCCURRED 2/12/2016 1251  HRS

An unknown Black male, 5’9” and approximately 33 years of age,  entered the store and selected several items and went into the fitting room. When leaving the fitting room the suspect only returned one item to the return rack and proceeded to the register where he paid for only one item. The suspect then left the store with a belt and fragrance which he hadn’t paid for and left the parking lot before store employees could apprehend him.

 

RETAIL THEFT / CVS PHARMACY

551 HARRISBURG AVE

OCCURRED 2/12/2016

Employee stated that he was alerted by another unknown customer in the store that the a Hispanic male between the ages of 20-30 and approximately 5’10” and 150 lbs. was stealing items from the store. Employee stated that the suspect left the store before he could be approached or stopped. Suspect stole soap and body wash. 

 

SIMPLE ASSAULT

758 UNION ST

OCCURRED 2/12/2016 1820 HRS

Reporting person/victim was in a verbal argument with suspect who is  known to the victim. The argument escalated and  the suspect struck the victim with a closed fist about her face and head causing minor injury. Ongoing investigation. 

 

TERRORISTIC THREATS

200 BLK E ROSS ST

OCCURRED 2/13/2016 1205 HRS

Michael Paul Knosp, 34, was found at the location under the influence of alcohol and was threatening his sister with bodily harm. He was arrested and charged with Public Drunkenness and Terroristic Threats.

 

BURGLARY

1ST BLK N MARY ST

OCCURRED 2/13/2016 1410 HRS

After being evicted on January 18, 2016 the victims returned to retrieve their belongings when they noticed their 19 inch TV with a built in DVD player, various clothing items, 2 lamps with shades, 2 end tables with marble type tops and a black table center piece with candles were missing from the apartment.  Ongoing investigation.

 

RETAIL THEFT / J C PENNEY

400 PARK CITY CENTER

OCCURRED 2/13/2016 1514 HRS

Two juvenile females were observed concealing items of make up in their purse and jacket pockets. The juveniles left the store without paying fot the items.  Both juveniles charged with Retail Theft.

500 BLK POPLAR ST

OCCURRED 2/13/2016 1948 HRS

Victim stated that he was out of his apartment for a short time and when he returned he could not find his cell phone charger and believed it had been stolen.

 

ATTEMPTED ROBBERY

500 BLK MANOR ST

OCCURRED 2/124/2016 0958 HRS

Victim was approached by a Black male, approximately 16-17 years of age,  5’10” weighing approximately 140 lbs.  The male asked the victim if he wanted to buy some pot and when the victim said no he stepped in front of the victim in a threatening way and demanded five dollars. Victim did not give suspect any money and walked away from the suspect. 

 

RETAIL THEFT / J C PENNEY

400 PARK CITY CENTER

OCCURRED 2/14/2016 1236 HRS

Bradley Scott Adams, 24 of the 1st block Manheim St, Mt Joy, PA was observed taking various articles of clothing and placing them on a stroller he was pushing Adams concealed these items into plastic bags at the bottom of the stroller and then left the store without paying for them. Adams again entered the store and attempted to return the stolen items. Adams was arrested and charged with Retail Theft and Theft by Deception.

 

SIMPLE ASSAULT

300 BLK E FILBERT ST

OCCURRED 2/14/2016 2342 HRS

Victim and Jamilia Liana Gonzalez, 21 of the 300 block E Filbert Street, Lancaster PA, got into a verbal argument. Gonzalez then struck the male victim with a glass that she was holding causing minor injury to the victim. Gonzalez was arrested and charged with Simple Assault.
