RETAIL THEFT

685 PARK CITY CENTER / SPENCER GIFTS

OCCURRED 2/4/2016 1545 HRS

Matthew Tyler Karpinski, 21, of the 100 block College Ave, Lancaster PA was observed concealing two packages of wooden bracelets underneath a jacket he was carrying and then attempted to leave the store without paying for items.    Karpinski was arrested and charged with Retail Theft M2. 

 

THEFT

1875 HEMPSTEAD RD / COSTCO

OCCURRED 2/8/2016 BETWEEN 1911 AND 2011 HRS

Victim reported that he parked his vehicle in the parking lot of the location while he went inside to shop. When he returned to his vehicle approximately an hour later he noticed that an unknown suspect(s) had removed the bike rack from the roof of his vehicle.

341 E LIBERTY ST

OCCURRED 2/8/2016 1128 HRS

Reporting person stated that someone stole checks from an employee's desk.  

 

ASSAULT

200 CIRCLE AVE / LANCASTER COUNTY YOUR INTERVENTION CENTER

OCCURRED 2/9/2016 2219 HRS

A 17-year-old male assaulted three staff members while they were working causing the victims injury. The juvenile was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault.         

 

RETAIL THEFT

252 N QUEEN ST / WINE AND SPIRITS STORE

OCCURRED  2/9/2016 BETWEEN 1825 AND 1834 HRS

An unknown male entered the location and took a bottle of vodka from the shelf and walked out of the store without paying for it.               

 

THEFT

200 BLK S QUEEN ST

OCCURRED 2/9/2016 1941 HRS

Victim had placed her cell phone on the side of the checkout isle while checking out when an older Hispanic male, with a balding head and short beard, wearing a black jacket and blue jeans, took victim’s cell phone from the counter and left the location.
