RETAIL THEFT

400 PARK CITY CENTER

OCCURRED 2/15/2016  1221 HRS

Two 16-year-old females were observed selecting make-up products from the sales display, one concealing it in her purse the other in her sweatshirt. Juveniles then left the location without paying for said items.

 

THEFT

1st BLK S FRANKLIN ST

OCCURRED 2/15/2016

Reporting person / victim stated that someone entered his apartment and stole his Play Station 4, Nike Air Jordan sneakers and laptop. 

 

THEFT / GIANT

235 N RESERVOIR ST

OCCURRED 2/15/2016 BETWEEN 1932 AND 1934 HRS

Victim reported that she left her purse in the shopping cart after she was done shopping and when she realized she left it behind she returned but the purse was gone. Victim's purse was recovered in the corner of the parking lot. Missing from the wallet was the victim’s cell phone and cash.

600 BLK E CHESTNUT ST

OCCURRED 2/15/2016

Reporting person stated that sometime on the above listed date unknown suspect(s) entered the property at the location and stole a TV and medication. 

 

RETAIL THEFT / FAMILY DOLLAR

923 S DUKE ST

OCCURRED 2/16/2016 1013 HRS

Unknown white male, between the ages of 35-45 entered the location and took 5 bottles of dish soap and 5 packs of soap and exited the store without paying for the items. 

 

RETAIL THEFT / RITE AID

825 E CHESTNUT ST

OCCURRED 2/16/2016 1617 HRS

David Schweers, 47 of the 900 block E Orange St. Lancaster PA was seen removing a tube of a skin care product and concealing it. Schweers exited the location without paying for said item. Schweers was charged with Retail Theft. 

 

SHOTS FIRED

ST JOSEPH ST AND FAIRVIEW AVE

OCCURRED 2/16/2016 1757 HRS

Reporting person heard several gunshots. Officers located a bullet hole in a parked vehicle’s windshield. A dark colored vehicle was seen driving in the area at the time of the shots being fired. Ongoing investigation.
