500 BLK  S DUKE ST

OCCURRED 02/05/2016 0258 HRS

Victim reported that he observed an unknown Black male remove the registration plate from his vehicle and flee running north on South East Avenue.

 

THEFT

400 BLK S ANN ST

OCCURRED 2/5/2016

Reporting person stated that sometime overnight unknown suspect stole her license plate from her vehicle. 

 

THEFT

500 BLK PALM ST

OCCURRED 2/3/2016 1730 HRS

Victim stated that an unknown suspect took a package which had been delivered to her front door.  

 

SHOTS FIRED

E ORANGE ST / CHRISTIAN ST

OCCURRED 2/7/2016 0053 HRS

Officers responding to call found Jose Gabriel Alvarado-Rubio, 27-year-old male, of the 2300 block Spring Valley Rd, Lancaster PA at the scene under the influence. Alvarado-Rubio was arrested and charged with Public Drunkenness. No evidence of gunshots found at scene.

200 BLK W ORANGE ST

OCCURRED BETWEEN 2/6/2016 1400 HRS AND 02/07/2016 1429 HRS

Victim stated that unknown suspect stole the registration plate from her vehicle while it was parked at location. 

 

THEFT

500 BLK ROCKLAND ST

OCCURRED 2/7/2016 BETWEEM 1530 HRS AND 2300 HOURS

Victim stated that unknown suspect gained entry into his vehicle and took items out of the glove box and removed the contents of his wallet which included cash and a check. No other items appeared to be missing.  

 

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

800 blk N. DUKE ST

Officers responded to an apartment in 800 blk N Duke St at 3:26 PM on Feb 6th for a report of a stabbing. Carmen London, 58-year-old female, was intoxicated and cut her boyfriend on his left wrist and left knee with a kitchen knife. The injuries were superficial/non-life threatening, victim was treated at hospital. London was charged with Aggravated Assault.
