Dijon Kyree CHRISTIAN

300 blk. N. Marshall St. Lancaster PA

At approximately 7:21 a.m. Feb. 05, 2015 Lancaster City Police Officers responded to the 600 blk. of E. Madison St. for a report of a possible burglary in progress. Witnesses observed a male suspect placing a ladder up to the second floor window of a residence. Upon officers' arrival the suspect had fled the scene but a witness was able to point out the house he went into in the 300 blk. N. Marshall St.  Officers went to this house and made contact with the suspect / resident, Dijon Kyree Christian, 18-year-old male. Christian was identified by witnesses as the person seen placing the ladder against the house. He was arrested and brought to the police station. Through further investigation it was determined that Christian placed the ladder at the window in an attempt to watch a 13-year-old female resident in various forms of undress and/or fully or partially naked. It was also determined that Christian took the ladder from the rear yard of another residence and carried it about one block to the victim's residence. The 13-year-old girl was NOT present inside the residence at the time of this incident.

Officer Anthony Weaver charged Christian with Criminal Attempt of Invasion of Privacy, Possession of an Instrument of Crime, Loitering and Prowling, and Criminal Trespass before MDJ Jimenez.  Christian was arraigned by MDJ Scott Albert and released on $10,000.00 unsecured bail.
