Jose A. Colon, Wanted for Attempted Homicide, in Custody

The below wanted person, Jose A. Colon is IN CUSTODY. Colon, accompanied by his attorney, turned himself in at the Magesterial District Office at 123 Locust St., Lancaster at 2:00 p.m. today, Sept. 30th. Colon will be arraigned on the charge of Criminal Attempt to Commit Homicide.

9.23.15 Safety Coalition Cameras Help Police Catch Burglars

At 11:12 a.m., Sept. 22, 2105 LCPD officers responded to a residence in the 200 blk. of E. Marion St. for a possible burglary in progress. Upon arrival it was determined the burglary was no longer in progress, but had occurred within the past hour.

At 7:05 p.m. September 14, 2015 Lancaster City Police officers were dispatched to the 500 Blk of E. King St. for a fight. As officers were responding, there were numerous reports of shots fired. Upon arrival police located a 17-year-old male victim (Lancaster City resident).
