8.21.15 Gun Arrest (48th of 2015)

At 2:45 p.m. Aug. 20, 2015, Lancaster City Police C Platoon officers responded to the area of the 500 blk. of S. Christian St. for a report of a fight involving weapons. Witnesses reported seeing a male subject with a handgun getting into a blue Chevrolet Cobalt and leaving the area.

8.19.15 Shooting

1:21 pm, 8/19/15 Lancaster City Police responded to a report of a shooting in the 600 blk of Columbia Ave. Officers located a male victim who had been shot one time in the upper torso. The victim was transported to the hospital. initial suspect descriptions are as follows:

     Shortly after 2:20 am, Sunday morning, August 16th officers responded to the area of Molly’s Pub, located at 253 E. Chestnut St. (Shippen & Chestnut Sts) for a report of a shooting.  Upon arriving, officers quickly determined that the shooting had actually taken place in the 100 Blk N.

8.14.15 Gun Arrest (45th in 2015)

Lancaster City Police arrested and charged the 45th person this year with a firearms related offense. 

8.13.15 Arrest in Shots Fired at McDonalds

8.5.15 Multiple Charges following Domestic Assault

Gebron Lamont Reid, 21-year-old male, 100 blk Juniata St. was arrested and charged with 3 counts of Simple Assault, Endangering the Welfare of Children, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, and Criminal Mischief following a domestic assault at his residence.
