At approximately 2:09 A.M. September 3rd, 2014 Lancaster City Police officers responded to an apartment in the 800 blk. of N. Lime St. for what was initially dispatched as a cardiac arrest. Officers entered the apartment and located a deceased adult male with visible traumatic injuries.

Passing the Torch of Patrol - Retirement, Promotion
